Souvent appelé "le coton le plus fin du monde", le nom Supima® désigne les fibres ou le tissu fabriqué à base de coton Pima dans l'ouest américain. Le coton Supima ne pousse qu’au Texas et en Californie. Uniquement 1% de la production de coton Pima porte la marque Supima®. C'est une fibre hypoallergénique, qui résiste à la chaleur et à l'humidité, qui a une souplesse incomparable, une solidité, durabilité et un porté très agréable.
